Hi Wes,

Try modifying this one line to seperate the functions: 

 
FROM:   if { ![HTTP::header "SSL_ENV"] equals "On" } {

TO:   if { !([HTTP::header "SSL_ENV"] equals "On") } {

This will allow the Header value to be found and its value determined first, then does the not compare.
