We had the same problem with EWS+analytics profile. Sorry that I didn't see this message earlier. I may have been that "other customer" that your support engineer was referring to.

Hey Josh, thanks for that. I'll bet there are more us out there too. Really keen on getting analytics turned back on though, it will be really useful, particularly as I've got an Office 365 hybrid project on the cards. Have you tried the new iApp for Exchange? What email client was giving you the problem?
