configuring LTM Ve 10.1 on windows 7 desktop

hello im using Vmware workstation 7 for ltm ve 10.1 on wimndows 7 desktop.

im able to configure mgmt ip n subnet using console but not able to login into mgmt ip.

 

please help me how to configure to use LTM on desktop using VMware workstation 7.
